Sugar Shakedown

Yesterday was the first day in such a long time that I managed to go the whole day without any sugary treats! No candy, no cookies, no sugary breakfast cereal! Plus I did 100 squats and lots of cardio! I’m going to try to keep it up so that I can blast the rest of my excess fat and help clear up my acne. I want to look my best when I go back to college next month!
