This morning I had some deep contemplation time with myself. My yoga practice revealed to me that my self love has been very superficial. I do things like push things for later, or ignore the things that bother me in the name of selfcare. I realized that real self-love means pushing and moving through the growing pains to put myself in a better position. Putting myself first by pushing myself to be great is needed in my selflove journey.
Remember, like a plant you can be strong and nuturing at the same time. You can heal the world and yourself at the same time. You can be wild and beautiful and completely out of the ordinary. Like a plant you are uniquely wonderful.
Something that resonated with me…You are not a reflection of others deeds. Don’t take responsibility for the actions of others.
So today I meditated on a tall boulder so I could be open to all the messages nature has to offer. Today’s lesson was to start, to begin. Today I spoke with spirit and said, “I am ready to accept the call, I am ready to be a shaman. What do I do? How do I do this? ”
I was answered by, “ begin, listen, be ready for the next steps. Begin your journey and you will find the path that you are meant to take.”
So today lesson is begin. You don’t need all the answers right now, you just need to start the path to your true calling everything else follows.
